Customer from The Republic of El Salvador bought GonGi 2000L brewery equipment in late 2018, we adopt spend grain removal from bottom side in the brew house, which is very convenient during the brewing. After several months working hard by both side, now the equipment is finished and start brewing, this is our first equipment in Salvador, customer is very happy with us, hopefully they will build another brewery in the new future.
